A booking is considered confirmed only after any required agreement, payment, deposit, or other confirmation requested by Confetē has been completed.

We reserve the right to withhold delivery, setup, installation, pickup, or services if required payments have not been completed.

5. Custom Orders
Many of our products and event services are customized specifically for each customer.
You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

We are not responsible for errors or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
6. Design and Creative Discretion
We make reasonable efforts to create décor that reflects your requested theme, colors, inspiration, and overall vision.
However, because many products are handmade and materials may vary, the final design may not be identical to photographs, inspiration images, digital mockups, or previous installations.
Minor differences in:
- Balloon shades
- Floral varieties
- Placement
- Shape
- Size
- Texture
- Lighting appearance
- Decorative materials
may occur.
We may make reasonable design adjustments when necessary due to material availability, venue conditions, installation safety, or design considerations.
7. Balloon Products
Balloon products are affected by temperature, sunlight, weather, handling, transportation, and environmental conditions.
Once balloons are collected, delivered, or installed, we cannot guarantee how long they will remain in their original condition.
Customers should keep balloon décor away from:
- Extreme heat
- Direct sunlight
- Sharp objects
- Rough surfaces
- Excessive wind
- Open flames
- Conditions that may cause damage
Outdoor balloon installations may naturally experience faster deterioration.
8. Pickup Orders
For pickup-based products, including ready-to-hang balloon garlands, customers are responsible for:
- Arriving during the agreed pickup period
- Transporting the product safely
- Providing adequate vehicle space
- Protecting products from heat, sharp objects, and damage
- Proper installation after pickup
Once an order has been collected, responsibility for transportation and handling transfers to the customer.
Confetē is not responsible for damage caused after pickup due to transportation, storage, handling, or installation by the customer.
9. Delivery, Setup, and Installation
Where delivery or installation is included, the customer must provide reasonable and timely access to the venue.
The customer is responsible for informing us of:
- Venue access restrictions
- Loading restrictions
- Parking requirements
- Security requirements
- Elevator access
- Installation rules
- Setup deadlines
- Venue-specific policies
Additional costs resulting from unexpected access problems, delays, parking fees, venue restrictions, or changes outside our control may be charged to the customer where appropriate.
10. Venue Approval
Customers are responsible for obtaining approval from the venue for décor installation.
We are not responsible if a venue refuses or restricts the use of:
- Balloons
- Adhesives
- Hanging décor
- Structures
- Florals
- Backdrops
- Ceiling installations
- Other decorative elements
Any venue-related limitations should be communicated to us before the event.
11. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and credit eligibility may depend on the specific order, event, timing, materials purchased, and services already performed.
Custom products, personalized décor, purchased materials, design work, and reserved event dates may be non-refundable.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or change an order or booking.
Any approved cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or credit will be handled according to the terms communicated for the specific booking or order.
12. Event Changes and Rescheduling
Requests to change an event date, location, design, or service are subject to availability.
Additional fees may apply where changes require:
- New materials
- Additional design work
- Additional travel
- Different setup requirements
- Increased quantities
- Additional labor
We cannot guarantee that a new date will be available.
13. Weather and Outdoor Events
Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions.
Wind, heat, rain, humidity, storms, or other weather conditions may affect balloon décor, floral décor, structures, and installations.
For safety reasons, we reserve the right to modify, relocate, delay, or decline an installation if conditions are unsafe.
We are not responsible for damage caused by weather after installation.
14. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate booking and event information
- Provide safe venue access
- Follow installation and care instructions
- Make required payments on time
- Communicate venue restrictions
- Obtain necessary permissions
- Treat rented or reusable property with reasonable care
The customer may be responsible for replacement or repair costs for damaged, lost, or missing rental property where applicable.
15. Rentals and Reusable Décor
Some event setups may include items that remain the property of Confetē Soirée & Play, such as:

- Frames
- Backdrops
- Displays
- Structures
- Sign holders
- Decorative equipment
These items must not be removed, damaged, or altered without permission.
Additional charges may apply for lost, damaged, or unreturned items.
16. Photography and Portfolio Use
Where permitted, we may photograph completed décor, balloon installations, or event setups for our portfolio, website, or social media.
We will make reasonable efforts to avoid publishing personally sensitive information.
If you do not want your event décor photographed or used for promotional purposes, please notify us before the event.

Children and pets should be supervised around balloons, décor, structures, floral materials, ribbons, and installation equipment.
Broken or uninflated balloons can present a choking hazard.
Decorations should also be kept away from open flames, excessive heat, and other unsafe conditions.
23. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, emergencies, transportation interruptions, government restrictions, venue closures, illness, labor shortages, or supply disruptions.
Where possible, we will communicate with you and work toward a reasonable solution.
